Hi, I’m Kim, DNK's Business Manager and Creator of "The Empowered Freelancer".
With over a decade of experience in business and freelancing, I help self-employed professionals not only grow their businesses but also create sustainable, fulfilling careers. As a freelancer, I’ve supported clients in securing million-dollar investments and scaling health tech startups, and I bring that same strategic approach to DNK mentoring freelancers inside “The Virtual Excellence Academy”. As a multipassionate human, my work blends business strategy with well-being practices. We’re committed to creating a marketplace that empowers individuals globally, shattering the cycle of poverty rather than perpetuating economic disparity.
We take pride in connecting clients with exceptional professionals who can genuinely contribute to business growth, regardless of where they’re located in the world. To that end, we won’t post job ads offering less than $15 per hour. For a clearer picture of fair compensation in our community, most of our VAs typically charge between $20-50 per hour, commensurate with their skills and experience.
