Marcie Lord
DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGIST & FOUNDER
Marcie Lord is a full-stack digital marketing strategist with over 20 years of experience leading campaigns that integrate SEO, paid media, web development, content strategy, and analytics. She specializes in building and executing end-to-end marketing systems that deliver measurable results.
Marcie began her career crafting SEO and email marketing campaigns for environmental NGOs before transitioning into in-house roles, where she managed multi-channel campaigns and oversaw complex website platforms. Her hands-on experience across strategy, execution, and optimization inspired her to launch Digital Dynamo, an agency built to help small and midsize businesses implement enterprise-level marketing strategies.
Under her direction, clients have quintupled organic traffic, achieved 400%+ ROI on search campaigns, and outranked national brands in competitive search verticals. Her work spans sectors that include financial services, HVAC, legal, sustainability, non-profit, manufacturing, and healthcare.
Marcie holds a Bachelor of Arts from Allegheny College in Meadville, PA.
In her free time she likes to hike with her dog and family, listen to podcasts, and follow politics.


Isaac Esterline
LEAD WEB DESIGNER & DEVELOPER
Isaac Esterline is a Lead Web Designer & Developer at Digital Dynamo. He works on digital marketing projects for clients that involve web design, SEO, video editing, and CRM management. Prior to Digital Dynamo, he edited short films, documentaries, and wedding videos, and created websites designed for e-commerce, small business marketing, and document management.
Isaac aims to create impactful and user-focused digital collateral. His favorite project work is revamping outdated and stagnant content so that it delivers higher conversions and an enjoyable experience for users.
In his spare time, Isaac travels around Pennsylvania with his DSLR camera taking pictures of landscapes, wildlife, and people. He also enjoys the occasional round of golf and skiing.
Isaac is a graduate of Penn State Behrend in Erie, PA with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Digital Arts, Media and, Technology.


Amy Rosa
MARKETING STRATEGIST & PROJECT MANAGER
As the Marketing Strategist & Project Manager at Digital Dynamo, Amy works with businesses to nurture brand identities and establish a robust online presence. Her forte lies in developing engaging content across various platforms and implementing impactful SEO strategies. These efforts aim to resonate with the intended audience by enhancing user experiences and boosting visibility to improve conversion rates.
Amy began her career by managing in-house marketing for a small business and went on to oversee all internal technical content at Microsoft. This experience spanned multiple business sectors, most notably including Microsoft Advertising and its various products. Amy’s exposure to diverse methodologies, coupled with her commitment to learning new skills, has honed a wide spectrum of expertise.
Amy earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Elementary Education from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI, and has a Master of Arts in Education from North Park University in Chicago, IL.
During her free time, Amy spends time with her three daughters and three dachshunds, enjoys recreating Top Chef dishes with her husband, unwinds with long bike rides, and makes handmade scrapbooks.

Lora spent years in the education field before switching gears to pursue her real passion: the written word. After completing a copyediting certificate program, she edited both fiction and non-fiction books for local authors. In her role at Digital Dynamo, she enjoys combining the creativity of writing with the precision of editing, drawing on her teaching background to create content that helps people learn and is great for SEO.
In her free time, she likes to read, hike with her family, trail run in the Rockies, and get absurdly competitive over card games.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Science Education from the University of Northern Iowa and a Copyediting Certificate from UC San Diego.

Lora Oliver
SEO SPECIALIST
As an SEO Specialist at Digital Dynamo, Lora drafts and optimizes copy that engages users and drives conversions. Her favorite part of the job is collaborating with clients to ensure content is accurate and true to their brand, helping improve their online presence without losing authenticity.
Lora spent years in the education field before switching gears to pursue her real passion: the written word. After completing a copyediting certificate program, she edited both fiction and non-fiction books for local authors. In her role at Digital Dynamo, she enjoys combining the creativity of writing with the precision of editing, drawing on her teaching background to create content that helps people learn and is great for SEO.

Balancing strategy, budget management, and performance tracking, Ricardo developed a sharp ability to drive results and maximize ROI.
Outside of advertising, Ricardo is a passionate motorsports and car enthusiast. He enjoys traveling as much as possible, always seeking new experiences and destinations. Music is another major interest—he loves attending concerts and discovering new artists. At home, he shares his space with his cat, Elena.

Ricardo Ortega is a digital advertising specialist with seven years of PPC experience. His career began in traditional media, working in radio and print for the Fortune 500 company O’Reilly Auto Parts while completing his MBA. That experience provided a strong foundation in marketing, but he recognized that the future was digital. Eager to expand his skill set, he transitioned into PPC at a local digital agency in Springfield, MO, where he learned the ropes of paid media and data-driven advertising.
He later took on a bigger challenge—becoming the sole PPC expert at one of Austin’s top digital ad agencies. Len Woods is the Certified StoryBrand Marketing Guide at Digital Dynamo. A Louisiana native, Len has a journalism degree from LSU and a master’s degree from Dallas Seminary. He’s been a magazine editor, pastor, ghostwriter, book doctor, and copywriter.

Lauren began her career in country club marketing, where she spent several years managing in-house marketing initiatives and learning the importance of brand voice, customer experience, and seasonal strategy. She later transitioned into freelancing and contract work, supporting a wide range of industries, including real estate coaching, interior design, wellness, retail, athletics, and nonprofits.
Lauren holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Arizona State University and a Master’s degree in Creative Writing, also from Arizona State University.

MARK BELL
COMPLIANCE CONSULTANT
Mark Bell is a former state regulator and the Principal Consultant at Tirador Compliance, a compliance consulting service for Colorado and SEC-registered investment advisers. He provides consulting services to Digital Dynamo in our work with financial advisors.
His regulatory, internal compliance, sales, and asset management experience provide valuable insight into each of these facets of the financial industry. He has worked in financial services since earning his MBA in 2005, and has 25+ years experience overall in regulatory compliance.
- Mark served as Securities Examiner with the Colorado Division of Securities, conducting examinations of state-registered advisers.
- He was Senior Compliance Analyst for a Denver-based regional financial holding company, consulting with affiliates Green, Manning & Bunch (M&A broker/dealer), CoBiz Wealth (SEC-registered RIA), CoBiz Insurance, and Colorado Business Bank.
- Mark managed a dually-registered broker/dealer & RIA branch office, substantially increasing revenues and assets under management.

Mark is a founder and Board Member for Rocky Mountain Refuge for End of Life Care, a non-profit organization created to offer a dignified alternative to dying alone on the street for those with terminal illness.
Mark earned his MBA from the University of Colorado at Denver in 2005, regularly making the Dean’s List, while working full-time. He is a recovering IT geek and a former federal employee.
