- Hub bearings and Headset preload checked and adjusted

Do you service eMTBs?
Yes. We regularly service eMTBs, including brake systems, drivetrains, and general maintenance. Some eMTB services may require additional labour depending on the motor system and components—our team will always confirm before starting work.
Do I need to book a bike service appointment?
Yes. Booking ahead ensures we can allocate the right amount of time for your bike and avoid unnecessary delays, especially during busy riding seasons. Walk-ins may be accommodated when space allows, but appointments are strongly recommended.

Can you install parts that weren’t purchased in-store?
