Admission Process

Choose Your Program
Select from vocational, diploma, or advanced diploma programs in IT, design, or entrepreneurship.
Apply Online or In-Person
Complete the application form online or visit our campus in Clara Town to apply in person.
Submit Required Documents
Upload or bring your educational certificates, national ID, and a recent passport-sized photo.
Screening/Orientation
Some programs may require a short assessment or orientation session to ensure readiness.
Receive Admission Letter
Get official confirmation via email, SMS, or in person — you're officially a DEVT learner!
Pay Registration Fee
Secure your spot by paying the registration fee. Payment options: mobile money or bank transfer.

Ducor Institute of Vocational and Technical Development (DEVT) is a human capital development institution that equips youth and professionals with job-ready skills, entrepreneurial knowledge, and leadership training for economic empowerment.

We offer short certificate courses (3–6 months), diploma programs (6–12 months), and advanced diploma programs (12–18 months) in vocational and technical fields such as Computer Science, Driving, Tailoring, Plumbing, Carpentry, Cosmetology, Pastry & Baking, Soap Making, and Interior Decoration.

No. Most of our programs are designed for beginners. However, advanced diploma programs may require basic knowledge or completion of a lower-level course.

- Ejartu Bah School of Creative Arts & Applied Design – Tailoring, Pastry, Cosmetology & Interior Design.
