Introduction

"The Magnificent Seven" is a way to dive deep into the Seven Wonders of the New World. They are the Engineering Marvels recognized for their awe-inspiring design, scale, and technological sophistication ---A testament to human ingenuity and the unrelenting pursuit of progress.
These techanical marvels include the "Seven Wonders of the new World", namely:

  • The Great Wall of China, China
  • Chichén Itzá, Mexico
  • Petra, Jordan
  • Machu Pichu, Peru
  • Christ the Redeemer, Brazil
  • Colosseum, Italy
  • The Taj Mahal, India

How we built it

We used the following tools to build our website:

  • TypeScript

  • Three.js
  • gsap

Installation Guide (through GitHub)

First clone this repository. You can also fork this repository and then clone the forked one.

git clone https://github.com/samyabrata-maji/magnificent-seven

Make sure you have Node Package Manager (npm) installed. Will work with most versions, but the latest (LTS) is recommended.

Now you need to install all the dependencies.

cd ./experiments-website
yarn install

You are done with the installation.

To run the website, use the following command

yarn dev

The website will be live at https://localhost:5173/
