The lack of Desiigner-inspired inspirational productivity apps.

What it does

Productiivity automatically sets your device volume to the max. Put your phone down, set your study timer and enjoy. Pick your phone up during study time, and Desiigner politely reminds you to get shit done.

How I built it

We built this app using Android Studio, Java and a lot of online resources. Stack Overflow and Android Development Documentation were very useful in getting the sensors to work with our app.

Challenges I ran into

The accelerometer didn't want to play nice with Productiivity, and often caused the phone to lock up due to the rapid polling from the sensor. The Android Developer reference guide helped us overcome this issue.
