Inspiration

Twilio is a platform where we can choose to do vast things starting from SMS notification, number verification and also IVR. In this weekend hackathon I had tried to build a IVR based customer service for MLH where hackers, organizers and sponsors can know the facts and also complain about anything using voicemail facility. We can also contact to MLH representative(if possible) in necessary.

What it does

It can gives the person with the following details when any one calls:-

If they have any Questions and Feedback. If they want to Report a Code of Conduct Violation. If they want to Appeal a Code of Conduct Decision. If they want to interact with the MLH representative. If they want to know more about hackathons. If they want to repeat this menu. If they want to connect to the customer care executive The person can also record a voice mail for urgency if needed

How we built it

I had build every thing using the Twilio Studio Flow.

Challenges we ran into

Most of the part was like a piece of cake with the help of twilio documentation but I face some challenge while getting the voice input in the ongoing call.

What we learned

The main thing I learned about the massive usage you can do with Twilio except just the SMS notification, I had also learned to use the Twilio studio flow in this weekend. Thanks to Twilio docs and MLH.
