About the Project

This is a IRCTC app redesign, along with the addition of one super feature which is Live Train Tracking

Being able to do tracking from a native app would be super beneficial and convenient for the users. I performed Desk Research, did a comparative analysis which obviously is not the whole UX process which one can follow, but for an ideation based hypothetical solution, it is fine.

Limitations for the project

The biggest one was TIME!! I started off doing the project really late as I got to know about the event until I saw someone's Instagram Story. And not being able to form a team, doing the project all alone was a big challenge but it was quite fun.

What were my learnings?

Iterate and Iterate. I came up with various home screens, until I decided to go with a really unique one!

Collaboration is key! Being Jack of all trades is fine, but with many contraints, it becomes a real big task.
