More than 200 policymakers, practitioners, professors and students gathered in Maison de la Paix to follow the lively debate between <strong>Jean-Marc Biquet<\/strong> (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.msf.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">MSF<\/a> | <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cerahgeneve.ch\/accueil.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CERAH<\/a>), <strong>Andrea Binder<\/strong> (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gppi.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">GPPi<\/a>) and <strong>Elyse Mosquini<\/strong> (<a href=\"http:\/\/ifrc.org\/en\/what-we-do\/disaster-law\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Disaster Law Programme, IFRC<\/a>), who analysed the emergency response in Haiti following the 2010 earthquake. Each panellist briefly presented their reflections before opening the debate to the floor and inviting the audience to participate.
