Basically, a PRD under a microscope. We are entering the era of the agent assembly line, where code is limitless and coordination is the bottleneck.

3. Claude transcripts finally escape jail
Code tells you what happened; transcripts tell you how you got there. Simon Willison has released a new Python CLI tool that converts Claude Code transcripts into detailed, shareable HTML pages. I didn't know what a Ralph Wiggum loop was going into this podcast, so I recommend reading this article first. The podcast covered where the name came from and the philosophy behind it, but I didn't catch an actual definition, so I was kind of reverse engineering everything that was said to zero-in on what the definition might be.
In their defense, the definition is so simple it can be explained in a sentence or two, so it's highly possible I just missed it while they were talking. Regardless, the podcast was really good, especially when it focused on a new mindset for software engineers.
