Flocking: After The Great LJ Interest Witch Hunt of 2007, I started flocking many of my older entries. Some will remain open indefinitely, including fan fiction posts, and most new entries will be up unlocked for a few weeks before I lock them. I just don't have the time and energy to lock and unlock my whole journal every time there's another round of deletions based on interests.

Bio:
I started out in BtVS fandom, spent too many years in X-Men movieverse, read a lot of comics, did some toe-dipping in Harry Potter and Alexander the Great, and ended up in Stargate Atlantis.
I’m usually sane, generally polite, and rarely post about whiny emo butthurt. I like to squeal and be silly and have fun, and I love having people do those things with me.
Life is good. Thigh holsters are *awesome*.
Friending Policy:
I like having lots of fannish friends and lots of journals to read, and I don't get bitter when people squee about fandoms that are not mine, honest. I almost always friend back, with these exceptions: I do not friend empty journals, reading journals, or people who routinely post big-ass images and huge flist-breaking meme results outside of LJ cuts. I reserve the right to take you off my default view of you routinely break my flist, or post about nothing but how miserable you are all the time. This is my happy place, and I like to keep it that way.
I don't go around purposely harshing everyone else's squee, and I expect the same in return. If you do it here, I'm within my rights to mock you for it. :)
