Checks whether a speculation rule for the given mode and ID already exists.

Parameters

$modestringrequired: Speculative loading mode. Either 'prefetch' or 'prerender'.
$idstringrequired: Unique string identifier for the speculation rule.

bool True if the rule already exists, false otherwise.
