V2 Stream API latency

Hello,

It is mentioned on the migration page that the streaming API has a latency of 10 seconds. Is this still the case? Can you please provide more details on the latency?

We are planning to acquire the PRO tier and consume tweets from the stream as soon as they are posted on the website. Is the latency fixed at 10seconds or does it represent the maximum possible delay due to performance?

The latency for the v2 streaming endpoints is not fixed and is on average between 5 - 10 seconds.
