Partner and I tried running an ad to validate a business idea. It got rejected and my account now has the banner “This account is ineligible to run X Ads due to a policy violation by one or more users.”
I’ve read through all policies. I’ve reached out to support twice. I don’t understand what went wrong or how to resolve this.
Reaching out here as a last resort to hopefully understand how to resolve this? Support keeps giving me generic answers, and tells me to fix any potential violations.
But because my account seems blocked I can’t even make changes/submissions.
