We have it on our backlog, but it won&#8217;t ship it for Dev11. <\/p>\n<p>However there is a <a href=\"http:\/\/intellitect.com\/transitioning-between-sprintsiterations-with-tfs\/\">workaround<\/a>, found by <a href=\"http:\/\/intellitect.com\/author\/mark-michaelis\/\">Mark Michaelis<\/a>, that you can use to avoid having to update all your work item queries if the team moves to the next sprint. <\/p>\n<p>The idea of the workaround is the following<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Add a &#8220;Current&#8221; iteration node. <\/li>\n<li>Move all iterations that are current under this &#8220;Current&#8221; node. <\/li>\n<li>Work item queries filters on UNDER &#8220;Current&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>The query result will show all work items that have an iteration that is under the current node, which are exactly work items within the iterations you just have moved.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Thanks Mark for being so creative.<\/p>\n<p>Ewald Hofman<\/p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On User Voice there is a request to be able to query on the current iteration.
