I am actually in a bit of a unique situation. Most of the guys around the farm are from Mexico(and yes they are legal). So there are a lot of phrases that they have no reference for knowing. Of all things stuff like "Beer 30" or "wuzzup". Slang, if you will, like that just stops them in their tracks. Somehow "cervesa trenta" loses it's meaning in the translation. Just like at first the word calavasa (melonhead) did the same to me until I figured out that it was the same as someone from Canada calling you a goof..... So of all things, I am indoctranating these fellows on American slang and they in turn are trying to teach me Mexican slang.
So, the only thing I can tell you is if you ever run into someone speaking Spanish and they call you a Pinche Hoto, just reach over and Bitch Slap them and walk away... :-D
