My birthday story to my children.
I didn't really understand the ramifications on Yin and Yang until the birth of my daughters.
They are true Mirror Twins. It as very interesting in the early day(I am talking the first few months of their lives).... When those of us that were close to them looked at them we could tell very distinct differences in their apperance. The interesting part was trying to describe the differences to others. It really wasn't possible. one day I made a very startling discovery!!!! When you held one of them up to a mirror...the image in the mirror was of the other girl( I AM NOT KIDDING or MAKING THIS UP!). I was actually startled by this discovery. Even more interesting... Andrea is right handed and Starlyn is left handed.. They really are unique the statistic is something like 1 in 15,844 pairs of twins one pair are true Mirror Twins. I have often pondered this and find myself in total awe of them.
It was even more interesting as they were growing up personallity wise. If you can imagine a good an bad twin(and I use this term loosely). One would have a propensity for getting into trouble and the other would not. Now the hard part of all this was, every few months they would change roles!!!! It was very disconcerting to the immediate family(if you can imagine)... We never knew from one day to the next who was going to be the "Good" twin and who was going to be her "Evil" double...:D In all actuallity, I wouldn't change a thing.. I just find it funny looking back on it now...

The one thing I can say though... They got their Mom's good looks and my temper... ;D
