e-psychology, e-government, e-inclusion, e-culture, e-business etc). (In Greece, UK, France,
Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Italy, Cyprus, Romania, etc)
He has published more than 260 (120 Journals) international & national articles in ICTs, 8 books, 25
educational CD-ROMs, & several patents.
Since 1988 he has been member in several International & National committees for design and coordination
Network & ICT services & activities in National and European Level and to entities such as the Hellenic
Parliament, the Ministry of Development, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Transport and
Communications, Information Society, General Secretariat for Research and Technology, General Secretariat
for Youth, General Secretariat for Communications, General Secretariat for Civil Protection, General Secretariat
for Public Works, etc.

Committee for Electronic Commerce, National Committee for e-business, National Committee for 2000 virusproblem,

Also he has been a member in several committees of international conferences & journals for ICTs and their
exploitation & consequences.
Finally, he has received several distinctions & awards (National & European) for his scientific work (articles,
projects, patents).
(National Innovation Award for quantum cryptography patent 2004, European distinction 2002 for SolWin
Project (Solar &Wind), European distinction 2007 for Dedalos Project (for people with hearing disabilities),
NASA selection of 2 articles 2006, The National Council on Disability of USA included article in 2006 Report
to USA President (Empowerment for Americans with Disabilities), article in a policy report by the Australian
Government, article in a study about e-government in India, European e-learning distinction in 2010, one article
in an essay of USA ACADEMY of EDUCATION 2013, article in a study of UK Essays for E-Government, 2014.
More than 140 newspaper articles, more than 60 TV presentations, covered his innovative scientific activities.
He has coordinated more than 45 Projects Internationally & Nationally
ICT Projects to Support the Hellenic Civilization like Satellite Network for Hellenic Civilization.
E-Government Infrastructure for common citizens & disabled people in various organizations.
