首先分析一下自己朋友圈的行业，选取某个感兴趣的行业。 找一两个朋友深入了解这个行业办公过程中需要工具话的小需求，需要大小控制在一两个月能实现的。 然后独立或者找个朋友一起开发免费小工具，web 或者小程序，尽量自己完成，蛋糕太小，人多玩不转。 通过人际关系去推广，让这个行业的朋友帮你转发朋友圈或者群，发个小红包什么就行。 通过判断用户自然增长，一两个月就能知道，这个需求是否真实。 如果是伪需求，重新找个需求，继续开发一个小工具。 找到真实需求后持续维护这个小工具，通过解答问题加客户微信。 然后就能发现这个行业的其他需求，也会有客户找你定做软件。\r\n\r\n以上思路自由职业一年时间体会出来的，还是比较适合码农的，没有什么风险成本。目前能养活自己，如果是副业还是不错，当主业还需要继续努力。

一：价值投资\r\n\r\n价值投资有三大假设：\r\n\r\n（1）股票价格总会回归到公司实际价值附近\r\n\r\n（2）公司价值可以被某种方法大致测算\r\n\r\n（3）某些公司价值能够保持不变，或持续成长，从而在价格回归的过程中，那个回归不动点不被影响，或仅仅受到好的影响。\r\n\r\n在这三大假设的基础上，价值投资通过几代大师的完善，形成了完整的体系：\r\n\r\n（1）安全边际，在低估时才买入，也就是巴菲特说的：不要亏损，买便宜货。\r\n\r\n（2）公司优质，具备护城河，计算市盈率，选择成长股，即使价格下跌30%，只要净利润维持15%增长，持有三年还是一分钱不亏。\r\n\r\n（3）依靠组合，即使看错2只，总体跑赢大盘很轻松。\r\n\r\n（4）只做自己懂的行业和股票，称为能力圈。\r\n\r\n看出来了吗？后面（2）（3）（4），皆是为了确定那个回归不动点。不同的市场有不同类别的不动点，如果你有其它更严谨的方式确定不动点，大可用上，而非照猫画虎。\r\n\r\n以上皆为入场法，最大限度预防风险，以下几条是离场法：\r\n\r\n（5）三年不盈利离场，此为大师格雷厄姆的规则；（因为很可能你看错了）\r\n\r\n（6）一旦看错公司基本面，出现重大失误，无论涨跌，立即离场；（同样的不动点找错了）\r\n\r\n
