Gym last night for the first time in a month and a half, and I did better than I deserved. Next session is Thursday, although I think I'll drag my butt down there tonight for some cardio - the weight training only works if I'm doing the other as well.

Counselling happened also, a bit earlier. I waffled a bit, didn't really make any great inroads, but that wasn't actually a bad thing - I'm getting better at working out my stuff beforehand using the things we worked on earlier. I might surprise her next time with a thought record, since I think I've stabilised enough to go back to the CBT.

No band night for me last night - I was too tired after the above - so I did some cleaning up instead. Yeah, I know, I'm tired and yet I clean, but hey, it's calming. Kitty litter, trash and dishes. Bed by 11. I didn't sleep great, but I did get up this morning in time for work, so that's a definite improvement. I'm still feeling tired and I'm not really up for any emotional drama, but I'm feeling less flat than I was.

Oh, note to self - call doctor re extending meds since they'll run out before my next appointment.

I also forgot to take the laptop to work today. Turned it off with the intention of bagging it up and bringing it and completely forgot. I'm taking it as a sign from my subconscious that I spend too much time online. ;) Any way, no chat at lunch for me today. I think I'll wander and find somewhere nice for lunch instead.
