We are glad to share with you the new publication “Ethical Travel. How to Talk Fairly About the World” prepared by the Go’n’Act Foundation within the framework of the EU-funded project Connect for Global Change.

This 60-page e-book offers reflections, good practices, and practical tips on how to talk about travel in a fair and responsible way – proving that ethical does not mean boring!

The publication was developed by the Go’n’Act Foundation, in partnership with @childsafemovement, and supported by the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (development cooperation) as well as the EU programme Connect for Global Change.

This document summarises key messages of the 2023 Issue paper on citizenship education, produced within the European Education Area strategic framework Working group on equality and values in education and training (2021-2025). This executive summary presents the main challenges and points for attention in the Issue paper. This input paper offers an initial analysis of the links between citizenship education and learning for sustainability for the Working Group peer learning activity on 16-18 Oct 2024. It presents observations on some of the insights, discussions, and inspirational practices found in the literature and examples of EU and other projects and programmes in this area.

In this context, the eTwinning community offers teachers a gateway to enrich citizenship education through cross-border collaboration. This publication showcases 24 innovative examples of successful eTwinning projects and provides practical activities to help you integrate citizenship education into your teaching. It is an invitation to inspire and be inspired – demonstrating how, together, we can nurture the next generation of active, responsible citizens.

This toolkit equips youth multipliers and educators with practical activities and contextual insights on Media Literacy (ML) as a key dimension of Global Education (GE). It provides tools to critically analyse media messages, understand algorithms, and engage responsibly in digital societies—empowering learners to become active and conscious global citizens.

Developed with a strong focus on non-formal education, yet adaptable to schools, the toolkit integrates the latest developments in Global Education, Media Literacy, and Digital Citizenship Education. All proposed activities are aligned with the Council of Europe’s Competences for Democratic Culture and Human Rights approach.
