David Wronek's Website

About me

Hi, I'm David. I'm [$currentyear - 2006] years old and like to tinker around with stuff.

One of my interests is putting mainline Linux on obscure devices (Most of the time Qualcomm phones). If I feel like it, I will also upstream my patches. There's just something pleasing for me seeing penguins at the top of the screen ^_^. My Linux distro of choice for phones and tablets is postmarketOS. I use NixOS on my desktop PC.

I also have a special interest in collecting and hacking video game consoles. My favourite console so far is the Nintendo Switch. The Xbox 360 with Kinect is also nifty. Besides consoles I like playing rhythm games like In the Groove or Pump It Up. My go-to arcade is located in Kraków, which is sadly more than 800km away from Munich (where I live), but I try to visit it every time when I'm in Poland. I plan on building myself a dance pad sometime! Right now I have an L-TEK with a self-made bar. Apart from that, my favorite non-rhythm games are OneShot, Tears of the Kingdom, Portal and Minecraft.

You can usually find me online under the nickname "ungeskriptet".

This website is being hosted on a Raspberry Pi 5. It may be slow at times.
