This proposal must be taken into consideration as presented in the above supportive and counter arguments for the perusal of social and economic justice and reforms. There are power dynamics in international stage, and it is crucial for the Philippine government to wield its existing remedies – to provide competing jobs (domestic and abroad) within treaty relations with other nations. Dialog and conversations around labor migrant rights come into play as bilateral conversations both the sending and accepting states trying to get their nationals into certain degree to land jobs. Total deployment ban must be of last recourse wherein all other alternatives already exhausted. Such sweeping concluding moves can be made a domino effect -precedents by other state parties, after all, we can prove that our labor force accrued essential skills and talents that by par competitive and world class. Thus, continuity and improvement on its systems and governmental services are vital to craft, create and execute more meaningful protective labor laws and the imperative employment opportunities. How we view this issue and of ourselves is colored by who we are as a people and as a citizen, to value each other and fulfil the ultimate test of how to improve state responsibilities.
This research aims to illustrate the reasons why Philippine policies do not serve to the fullest in considering the necessity and desire of the majority of Filipino people for the betterment and improvement of the state. Furthermore, its objectives are intended to explain the behavior of the Filipino politicians in policymaking when it is indebted in gratitude.
Based on the data gathered and the mechanism employed to cull out the truth from the untruth, the findings of this study reveal that the arrival of migrants from Luzon and Visayas started the economic developments in the city. This begun with them working as sacadas in the plantations formerly owned by the Americans and Japanese then later on turned as owners of these lands. With their determination to build a more progressive life in Digos, they initiated various forms of economic ventures that would jumpstart the present status of the city as the center of agricultural-industrial market, trade and commerce, banking and finance, education and services in the heart of Davao del Sur. Moreover, the apparent cooperation between the city‘s local constituents and officials played a major role in its emergence as an important component city of the province up as well as in the Davao Region to its continuing economic development at present.
