OK so over the weekend I broke my left wrist while mountain biking. I normally jog everyday, weight train every other day, and bike back and forth to work…now I’m stuck with the fact that I cannot (and have been medically advised not to) really do any of that.
So beyond hitting the Elliptical, Treadmill, and the Exercise bike @ the Gym anyone got any ideas to how I can keep in semi-shape till the cast comes off?
