This is a community for people interested in exercise of any and every sort. We're all here for a variety of reasons, but the common underlying current is that we do or want to exercise on a regular daily basis. Some of us may be just starting out in our exercise routines hoping to lose some extra pounds or make our lives healthier. Some of us are routine exercisers already who want to share things they learn with their ongoing exercise plans.
The idea is this: if you're accountable only to yourself, it's far easier to slack off and get out of the habit of exercising. However, if you're accountable a group of people, you're more likely to stick with it. Plus, support and motivation from our peers is a great way to help us all get through those times when we really don't want to plod onward.
Every day we'll all do some form of exercise and report what we've done here. It can be light exercise, such as an easy walk on a treadmill or around the block, it can be very intense and aerobic, it doesn't matter. What matters is that we all do it, and we all post about what we've done as often as we do it.
