Program Manager Cybersecurity - Strategic Accounts
The digitization of our society is proceeding at lightning speed. Software, systems and digital networks are everywhere and increasingly interconnected. Organizations and society lean heavily on these technologies. But while our dependence grows, so does the threat: cybercrime is on the rise and poses a risk to organizations as well as to the functioning of our society. Therefore, it is more important than ever to better protect our digital assets and systems.
At Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity, we are committed to performing just that. Our mission is to be our clients' Expert Partner a trusted partner that helps companies and public organizations understand risk, strengthen their resilience and comply with increasingly stringent standards and regulations. With more than 200 cybersecurity professionals, we offer services that encompass people, process and technology: from awareness training and social engineering to penetration testing, security consulting and compliance.
We are looking for a Program Manager. In this role you are the connecting force between administrators, CISOs, security teams and our own specialists. You work for parties that are essential to society: ministries, universities, hospitals and implementing organizations, but also for large commercial companies. Your work has a direct impact on society.
You are the strategic cybersecurity expert who helps organizations determine what is important, why it performs, and how they make the step from digital vulnerabilities to grip and from grip to sustainable digital resilience. At BV Cybersecurity, you'll work in a fast-growing, international organization where dedication, creativity and collaboration are key. Together, we don't just build better cybersecurity; we build trust, stability and a safer digital future.
In this role:
- Function as a trusted advisor at C-level, helping them make strategic choices that shape their organization's digital future.
- Develop your security roadmaps that go beyond technology, and allow organizations to truly grow in resilience, maturity and awareness.
- Drive your cybersecurity programs, giving teams direction, monitoring priorities and achieving results that are measurable and meaningful.
- Ensure that complex cybersecurity concepts become understandable to executives so they can confidently manage risk, investment and strategy.
- Supervise your consultants and specialists, creating an environment in which they excel and grow.
- Build your long-term relationships, based on trust, quality and a shared ambition to future-proof the organization.
Who are you?
You bring not only knowledge, but also a story, direction and inspiration. You have:
- Experience in a senior cybersecurity role such as CISO, Program Director Security or Head of Cybersecurity.
- The natural sensitivity as well as substantive strength to act at C-level.
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIS2, NIST and ISO standards, and experience implementing them.
- Proven success in driving strategic programs.
- A powerful communication and consulting style: you know how to bring people along, connect and persuade.
- An entrepreneurial mentality: you see opportunities for clients and for our organization and you know how to capitalize on them.
Who are we?
At Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity you work in an environment where trust, expertise and social impact are key. We believe that you can really make a difference when you get the space to deepen your knowledge and actively contribute to a safer digital society. What does that look like in practice?
Impactful growth:
Growth at Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity occurs not only through the comprehensive training we offer, but also by participating in projects that have a real impact on society. Whether protecting smart devices from hacking attempts or performing an IT audit for the government, you'll build your skills while making a difference. You'll receive support through clear growth paths, regular performance reviews and the opportunity for active learning.
Working with a diverse client portfolio:
Our clients come from many industries and contexts, but have one thing in common: they rely on our expertise to meet security and compliance requirements and build cyber resilience. In your role, you'll help protect people, processes and technology within IT, OT and IoT environments, supporting clients in identifying risks and addressing them with confidence.
Work within a highly skilled community:
Cybersecurity does not stop at national borders, and so does the way we work. With teams around the world, you'll work with colleagues from different countries, disciplines and cultures, connected by a shared commitment to quality and integrity. We share knowledge, learn from each other and develop new solutions together, supported by initiatives such as our R&D programs and hands-on test labs.
A culture of respect, connection and well-being:
We actively pursue a safe, inclusive and positive work environment. Our values define how we collaborate, give feedback and assess performance. We support well-being and team bonding through team activities, access to OpenUp and by encouraging a healthy work-life balance with flexible work options.
