this way, film invents a visual universe in which thought is uncovered through images. Deleuze generates a categorization of visuals through developing Bergson’s movement-image and timeimage concepts in film; an attempt at the classifications of images and signs. In the work at
hand, by building on the two volumes of The Movement-Image and The Time-Image by Deleuze, a philosopher’s confrontation with film or, in other words, his network of thought that’s set in motion in parallel with film is delineated.
