Bu çalışmada Eski Oğuz Türkçesinden Osmanlı Türkçesine geçiş dönemi eserlerinden olan Yazıcıoğlu Mehmet’in Muhammediye’sinin 1556 tarihli nüshasında yardımcı ünlüler açısından dudak uyumu konusu ele alınmıştır. Eser, Oğuz Türkçesinin tarihî seyrini ortaya koyma çalışmaları açısından önemli dil verileri sunmaktadır.
XVI. yüzyıl, dudak uyumunun bulunmadığı Eski Oğuz Türkçesi dönemiyle bu sürecin tamamlandığı XVIII. yüzyıl sonrası arasında bir geçiş devresi niteliği taşımaktadır. Muhammediye’nin ele aldığımız nüshası, bu geçiş devresinde yer alması sebebiyle önemli fonolojik örnekler barındırmaktadır. Metinde dudak uyumuna geçişin öncelikle sözcük tabanına yakın olan yardımcı ünlüyle başladığına dair çok sayıda örneğe rastlanmıştır.
Metnimizde bazı yardımcı ünlülerin nöbetleştiği, bazı yardımcı ünlülerin ise nöbetleşmediği görülmektedir. Yardımcı ünlülerin farklı sözcük tabanlarına düzlük-yuvarlaklık açısından farklı biçimde getirilmesinin yanı sıra aynı sözcük tabanına farklı biçimde getirildiği de tespit edilmiştir.
Yardımcı ünlülerle ilgili bu çalışmada sunduğumuz veriler, Eski Oğuz Türkçesi metinlerinde dudak uyumu açısından nadiren görülen egemen Oğuz boylarının ağız özelliklerinin XVI. yüzyıldan itibaren metinlere girmeye başladığının tanıklarıdır.

Although there have been studies for a long time on the Inscriptions and the Gokturk writing system, situation that /ş/ consonant corresponds to three different signs (Ş-ş, S 1-S, S 2-s) is still an unanswered question. The explanations that these different uses are arbitrary or spelling mistakes to denote the /ş/ consonant in the Orkhon Turkic are not very satisfactory. In the Old Uighur texts, /-mIş/ past tense adjective-verb suffix is also seen as /-mIs/. The /ş/ consonant in the Old Turkic systematically changed into /s/ consonant in some Turkic dialects of the Kipchak group. Examles of the systematic /ş/>/s/ change are seen in the Anatolian Turkish dialects. These shows that the use of S 1 (S) and S 2 (s) signs togather with the sign of Ş (ş) to denote the /ş/ consonant in Orkhon Turkic is a dialect feature. With this study, it is understood that the dialect of ş is dominant in Kul Tigin and Bilge Kagan, and the dialect of s is donimant in Tonyukuk; by considering the three inscriptions, it is understood that the s dialect is generally dominant. The presented data will be a guide for new readings and studies on the Inscriptions.

Bu çalışmada öncelikle kip, zaman ve görünüş kavramlarıyla ilgili farklı tanımlamalar ve yaklaşımlar ele alınarak bu tanımlama ve yaklaşımlar ışığında fiilde görünüş kategorisinin sınırları çizilmeye çalışılmış; fiilde zaman kaymalarının konuşur açısından psikolojik yansımalarına, anlatıma kazandırdığı farklılıklara değinilmiş ve Yazıcıoğlu Mehmet’in Muhammediye’si (1556 tarihli nüsha) fiilde görünüş kategorisi açısından incelenmiştir. Muhammediye’de duyulan geçmiş zaman, görülen geçmiş zaman, geniş zaman ve istek kipinin farklı anlatım ve işlevlerde kullanıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Türk dilindeki bu anlatım çeşitlenmesi ve genişlemesi, dilin anlatım gücünün de gelişmesi, genişlemesi ve çeşitlenmesi anlamına gelmektedir. Tarihî metinlerin bu sürece tanıklık etmesi, dilin gelişme serüvenine ışık tutması açısından son derece önemlidir.

Aspect Category in Muhammediye

Abstract
Researchers have discussed the aspect of the verb called English aspect, German aspect, French aspect, Russian vid from different angles. As in every field of grammar, studies on historical texts in verb aspect will be useful in terms of being a source for research on the subject and revealing the expressive power of the Turkic language. It is seen that the different uses of verbs related to the aspect category in Turkey Turkish are frequently encountered in many texts in verse or prose in historical Turkish dialects.The Muhammediye masnavi, which was written by Yazıcıoğlu in the 15th century, contains important examples in terms of syntax and morphology, as well as presenting a large number of phonological language data, as it is one of the works of the transition period to Ottoman Turkish.
In this study, first of all, different definitions of the concepts of mood, tense and aspect are discussed. By considering different approaches and definitions, it has been tried to draw the boundaries of the category of appearance in the light of these definitions and approaches. The psychological reflections of time shifts in terms of the speaker and the differences they bring to the narrative are discussed and in Yazıcıoğlu Mehmet's Muhammediye (copy dated 1556) has been examined in terms of the category of appearance in action. It has been determined that the past tense, the present tense and the imperative mood are used in different expressions and functions in Muhammediye. This diversification and expansion of expression in the Turkish language means the development, expansion and diversification of the expressive power of the language. The witnessing of this process by historical texts is extremely important in terms of shedding light on the development adventure of the language.

Abstract
Turkish, which has been cultivated and developed for centuries and gaining prestige as the language of science and culture, possesses written texts that are older than many world languages, which are accepted as the language of literature and science today. Researchers, who studied the structure of the Turkish language, expressed their admiration for the extremely regularity of the grammar rules of Turkish and the few exceptions. The syntax flexibility that we see in Turkey Turkish and many contemporary Turkish dialects is also very common in Turkish historical texts. The elements of compound sentences in Turkish have the feature of combining without conjunctions, unlike the same structures in other languages. In many languages a compound sentence without a conjunction is considered a grammatical error. The mobility in the arrangement of sentence elements is a feature that expands the expressive power and possibilities of Turkish. When we calculate and exemplify this syntax flexibility mathematically, it is possible to see the limits of Turkish syntax possibilities.

Words of foreign origin in the standard language and Anatolian dialects are important documents of Turkish history and culture. These interlingual borrowings; as well as being a common subject of history, literature, art history, linguistics, they are important sources for many more interdisciplinary studies. With this study, it is aimed to determine the Armenian words that the Armenians living in Sivas, one of the ancient cities of Anatolia, brought to the Sivas dialect and the standard language, and to reveal in which ways and to what extent these words affect the language and culture. Examining 93 words of Armenian origin living in the Sivas dialect will contribute to the studies of revealing the cultural exchange of people who have lived in the same geography for centuries. Words related to agriculture such as çav, calaz, herk, maşala, tığ; The fact that building and architectural terms such as hezan, him, loğ, mertek, pağ were taken from Armenian should be accepted as clear indications that the Turks received some knowledge in these areas from Armenians in Anatolia. The fact that these words belong to the fields of agriculture, animal husbandry, architecture and daily life is important in terms of art history, cultural history and sociology studies.

Students learns the intricacies of language, the power of expression, and the limits of language,
as well as spelling and punctuation rules, mostly from the books they read, especially textbooks.
Textbooks are regarded by students as "sacred texts" whose accuracy, information, and spelling
are beyond debate. In this respect, it is understood that textbooks have a mission as an
educational material that goes beyond the intended purpose. Although the current Spelling
Guide of the Turkish Language Association is followed in the spelling of primary, middle, and
high school textbooks, the spelling of the texts such as the National Anthem, Atatürk's Address
to the Youth, and the Student Pledge, which are mandatory in textbooks, does not adhere to the
current Spelling Guide. This situation hinders the adoption and implementation of spelling
rules, which form the basis of language teaching. It is important in terms of spelling education
and spelling consistency that these texts are included in textbooks and student report cards with
the spelling given in accordance with the current Spelling Guide on the Turkish Language
Association's website. This study will examine the spelling of the National Anthem, Address to
the Youth, and Student Pledge included in textbooks in terms of compliance with the Spelling Guide, and it will reveal the academic and psychological consequences of writing these texts
without adhering to the Spelling Guide.

Anadolu âşıklık geleneğinin XX. yüzyıldaki en önemli temsilcilerinden kabul edilen Âşık Veysel, yetmiş dokuz yıllık hayatının yaklaşık yetmiş iki yıllık bölümünde bakmadan görmeyi başarmış, gönül gözüyle gördüklerini sazına ve sözüne sığdırmış bir bilgedir. Onun şiirlerinde gözleri kapalı birinin dünyanın güzelliklerine olan mahrumiyetinden ziyade gören birinin basireti hâkimdir. Ondaki bu insanüstü görü meziyeti “körlüğe reddiye” olarak ifade edilebilir. “Yeter gayrı yumma gözün kör gibi” diyen Veysel’in gönül gözüyle gördüklerini eşsiz bir üslup ve ifade yeteneğiyle dizelere dökmesi, onun dünyayı ve yaşamı algılama biçimidir. “Görme özrü”nü reddeden Veysel, söz varlığıyla “görü” yeteneğinin sınırlarını gözün gördüğü alanın da ötesine taşımıştır. Âşık Veysel’in şiirlerini oluşturan söz varlığının bu yönüyle ele alınması, âşıklık geleneğinin kişiyi insanıkâmil olma yolunda hangi mertebelere taşıdığını göstermesi açısından önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmada körlük kavramı ve Âşık Veysel’in şiirlerinde görme duyusuyla ilgili söz varlığı ele alınmış, bu söz varlığının onun şiirlerine kattığı anlam derinliğine değinilmiştir.
