General Notes

When dealing with CueTracker it is important to know that your are NOT dealing with a company, but with a private individual (Ron Florax), who does this as a hobby project. Whilst I strive to keep up with industry standards and to make you feel comfortable using the site, there may be omissions and issues, which you are welcome to report to me. I try to respond to emails and tweets as soon as possible, but as mentioned this is strictly a hobby project, I have a family, a full-time job and several other things calling on my time, so I do not always respond within timeframes you may expect from a large company with a support department.

Furthermore, I have absolutely no interest in storing any data on my users directly, and I make an effort to register as little personal information as I possibly can.
