History

CueTracker was launched in 2011 as a dedicated database of professional and other globally significant snooker competition, and has been expanded and maintained continuously ever since. The system behind the site is entirely custom-built, and its records now cover every professional tournament dating back to 1908, alongside a growing archive of amateur and other events.

Keeping that archive accurate and up to date is a team effort. Kai Maaß and Dean Howell provide invaluable support with the site's daily maintenance, results gathering and quality control.

The statistics on this site are regularly used by journalists, commentators and broadcasters covering the sport, including production teams working on BBC and Eurosport coverage.
