Recommendations:
1. Every Investment Banks must take proper care of the existing strategic management for its continuous and effective success.
2. The implementation of the strategic management of the bank must be based on the principle of continuous change.
3. All investment banks must work to strengthen the strategic planing in order to achieve its desired objectives.
