Received an ultrasound report today. Radiologist wrote "2,1 cm circumscribed low density lesion…" '(he goes on to say) "indeterminate, favored to represent a complex cyst." He suggested an mri with and without contrast. The earliest I can get one is mid March. I am very worried but my gastro doctor doesn't seem overly concerned. Thoughts?

I was just released from a week stay in the hospital after being diagnosed with elevated liver enzymes, again. I have been dealing with this issue since 2018 after being diagnosed with medication or autoimmune hepatitis caused by the cholesterol medication Atorvastatin. Some doctors say I have medicated induced hepatitis while others say it is autoimmune hepatitis. I have a long list of medications that trigger the elevated liver enzymes and enlarged liver. I underwent a liver biopsy the other day after an ultrasound showed a liver lesion. The diagnosis showed CK7 was present along with bile duct edema. I had an appointment with the hepatologist to go over my biopsy results , but cancelled due to not feeling well. I felt that reading the diagnosis on My Chart was sufficient but the doctors office called saying I really needed to come in or do a virtual appointment. Is the meaning of CK7 being found and bile duct edema a red flag for cancer? Cancer was not mentioned in the biopsy results or is this this something they want to tell you in person?
