"The way we imagine ourselves to appear to another person is an essential element in our conception of ourselves. In other words, I am not what I think I am, and I am not what you think I am. I am what I think you think I am." - Robert Bierstedt
The name's Tiffany, or Tifa for short. I'm a Filipino-Chinese who also happens to enjoy anime and manga. Sometimes, I also play video games, but I'm rather picky- I've only played "Dynasty Warriors", the FF series (only finished FFVII and FFVIII, I must admit), and "Kingdom Hearts". I'm an avid reader; give me anything reading material, from travel books to catalogues to fanfiction, and I'll peruse it. I like reading, too, but I can't really say that I'm that much of a bookworm because I haven't had much time to sit down and read a novel lately, thanks to my very busy schedule during school days. However, I do read a lot of things on the Internet, from fanfiction to Wikipedia articles.
I enjoy English as a subject, and the same goes for literature. Sometimes, I find history interesting as well, especially where East Asian history is concerned. But one thing I don't think I shall ever appreciate soon enough is mathematics, because I am not that good at it. While I don't fail mathematics, admittedly, it's my waterloo.
Describe me? I'm homely and introverted in person, although I seem to be more outgoing on the Internet. That's just how I seem, though; there's more to me than meets the eye. I'm actually quite shy and withdrawn, tending to be more expressive through written words, but not very eloquent nor articulate in speaking. I think I am eccentric, and moody - there are days when I feel angsty and glum for the slightest of reasons.
Before I end this, I wish to add one more thing. I might not reply to people that much, nor interact with them, but I hope this doesn't give people the impression that I'm snobbish. When school starts, I don't really have much time to interact. And I guess I'm really like that- I can be a bit distant and shy.
Having said all these, I hope to meet new people here.
Stamps: As for my stamps, I used to post them here on my profile page. But since I've been joining more and more stamping communities, I fear that my profile page might take too long to load for dial-up users like me. So I decided to post all my stamps on one page. You can view them here.
