Attached are Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA) documents leaked from the treaty negotiations that involve substantial new border controls and copyright enforcement mechanisms. These documents previously appeared on Wikileaks but that site has been down for a while. With negotiations resuming this week, it would be good to call attention to the secret treaty process.
