A/N: Huzzah! After about the 2902293 rewrite, I discovered why this chapter sucked: I had completely forgotten my canon f^^; For those interested, the jump-off point in this fic is more or less right after Alfons's fight with Ed at 1:02:59. Knowing this, I can now solidly forge ahead with the real plot XD Starting at er, 2 in the morning when I get up for work at 5.

WARNINGS: This is I think the best chapter of any fic I have written to date. The fic is also increasingly filled with strife (not meaning character death, briny, that part is okay). What I will say about it is that (in case it has not become obvious by now): Ed is a very biased observer ;)
