Our crowdfunding campaign is over, but you can still support Timmy Global Health by clicking here.
Our Global Health chapter at UCLA is proud to be affiliated with Timmy Global Health, an international non-profit dedicated to improving access to healthcare. We provide service opportunities for students of all majors in the local LA area as well as an opportunity for an international service trip each summer, which is what this fundraiser is supporting.
This past summer we partnered with Banelino in the Dominican Republic where we offered medical services to 421 patients through our 5 clinics throughout various rural communities! We are looking forward to our service trip this year to Quito, Ecuador where we can help more underserved communities.
Help support our members with their passion for serving others and increasing the accessibility to healthcare on a global scale! Since the trip is entirely paid for out of pocket, donations make this trip possible and financially accessible for members of our club. We provide the medical supplies and the staff, allowing for the community to come to our clinics without any financial restrictions. The more donations we receive, the more patients we can treat. Everything helps and is thoroughly appreciated!
