Terms of Service of Creative Tech Park<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

General Terms<\/h3>\r\n

  1. By purchasing any service from Creative Tech Park, you agree to these terms of service.<\/li>\r\n
  2. All payments must be made to the “Creative Tech Park” account via account pay cheque, online card payment, bank deposit, bank fund transfer, bkash or nagad merchant payment.<\/li>\r\n
  3. Refunds:
    \r\n
      \r\n
    • Full refunds or exchanges are not provided for any products or services.<\/li>\r\n
    • Partial refunds may be considered within 45 days of purchase, based on management\u2019s discretion. Any refunded amount will be credited to the Creative Tech Park user\u2019s\/ customer’s account as a credit balance so that they can purchase other service from creative tech park.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
    • Creative Tech Park is not responsible for illegal or copyrighted content uploaded\/ provided by clients.<\/li>\r\n
    • All customers must provide a footer credit link to their website design, web application development, software development, billing receipt, or any other visible service rendered by Creative Tech Park. If the customer refuses to provide a footer credit link, Creative Tech Park may take legal action against the client\/ customer. A 30% additional service charge maybe applicable for the deletion of footer credit based on management\u2019s discretion.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
      <\/div>\r\n

      Domain Services<\/h3>\r\n
        \r\n
      1. Creative Tech Park acts as a domain registrar agent, charging non-refundable registration fees per the domain registrar\u2019s terms.<\/li>\r\n
      2. Domains purchased are subject to ICANN or other relevant naming authority terms and conditions, and clients are responsible for compliance.<\/li>\r\n
      3. Domain Transfers:
        \r\n
          \r\n
        • Transferring to another provider requires clearing the full payment of overdue invoices and an official written application on letterhead with a sign and seal or email from the organization head or domain owner verified by the support agent.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
        • Renewal:
          \r\n
            \r\n
          • Domains must be renewed at least 1 month before the expiry date.<\/li>\r\n
          • Late renewal incurs additional fees as per renewal rules.<\/li>\r\n
          • Renewal of expired domains after the redemption period cannot be guaranteed.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
          • Content Responsibility:
            \r\n
              \r\n
            • Clients are solely responsible for all content hosted on their domain.<\/li>\r\n
            • Clients bear liability for any copyright violations or claims.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
            • Refund Policy:
              \r\n
                \r\n
              • No refunds are provided for domain names, SSL certificates, or domain transfers.<\/li>\r\n
              • Services terminated due to violations of terms and policies are non-refundable.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
              • Suspension\/Termination:
                \r\n
                  \r\n
                • Services may be terminated for non-payment or unresolved violations within 7 days of notification.<\/li>\r\n
                • Data may be deleted after termination, but retrieval may be allowed subject to full payment plus applicable fines.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
                  <\/div>\r\n

                  Hosting Services<\/h3>\r\n
                    \r\n
                  1. cPanel and domain control panels are provided free of charge.<\/li>\r\n
                  2. Backup Policy:
                    \r\n
                      \r\n
                    • Backups are taken weekly for internal purposes but are not guaranteed.<\/li>\r\n
                    • Clients are responsible for independently backing up their data.<\/li>\r\n
                    • Backup restoration services are available for a one-time fee of $50.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
                    • Suspension\/Termination:
                      \r\n
                        \r\n
                      • Creative Tech Park reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
                        \r\n
                          \r\n
                        • Violations of laws, court orders, or regulations.<\/li>\r\n
                        • Hosting illegal or unethical content, phishing, hacking, or piracy activities.<\/li>\r\n
                        • Misuse of hosting services, including exceeding resource usage limits.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
                        • Resource Usage:
                          \r\n
                            \r\n
                          • Users may not exceed 80% of system resources for longer than 60 seconds (90% allowed for premium hosting).<\/li>\r\n
                          • Excessive VPS resource usage may result in suspension, reboot, or termination.<\/li>\r\n
                          • Prohibited activities include file-sharing, running gaming servers, or unauthorized cron jobs.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
                          • Renewal:
                            \r\n
                              \r\n
                            • Hosting must be renewed 1 month before expiry to avoid additional fees.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
                            • Intellectual Property:
                              \r\n
                                \r\n
                              • Creative Tech Park is not liable for hosted content. Copyright complaints should be directed to Creative Tech Park.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
                                <\/div>\r\n

                                SEO Services<\/h3>\r\n
                                  \r\n
                                1. Creative Tech Park maybe guarantees first-page search engine appearance within a projected timeframe based on the website type and content and commitment.<\/li>\r\n
                                2. Refund Policy:
                                  \r\n
                                    \r\n
                                  • No refunds are provided for SEO services.<\/li>\r\n
                                  • If SEO goals are unmet within the projected timeframe, additional optimization services will be provided free of charge.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
                                  • Payment:
                                    \r\n
                                      \r\n
                                    • 100% advance payment is required each month.<\/li>\r\n
                                    • Clients must provide keywords, content, and guidelines with the work order.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
                                      <\/div>\r\n

                                      Website, Web Application, Mobile App, Software Development Services<\/h3>\r\n
                                        \r\n
                                      1. Clients must deliver all necessary content \/ necessary information before starting the project.<\/li>\r\n
                                      2. Payment Terms:
                                        \r\n
                                          \r\n
                                        • 60% advance payment with work order.<\/li>\r\n
                                        • 20% due payment within 3 days after delivery.<\/li>\r\n
                                        • The remaining 20% must be paid within 3 days of project completion.<\/li>\r\n
                                        • All payments will go to the \u201cCreative Tech Park\u201d account via account pay cheque or bank deposit or online transfer or
                                          merchant mobile banking account paid by the client.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
                                        • Additional Charges:
                                          \r\n
                                            \r\n
                                          • Additional charges depend on clients’ requirements and the salesperson’s negotiation.<\/li>\r\n
                                          • General Cost for extra work is Ten USD or equivalent BDT per hour.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
                                          • Timeline:
                                            \r\n
                                              \r\n
                                            • Projects will be deemed complete if clients fail to provide content\/ necessary information within 30 days of the contract.<\/li>\r\n
                                            • Revisions must be submitted within 10 days after delivery.<\/li>\r\n
                                            • Each quotation includes a project timeline by the salesperson. The client must agree with the timeline mentioned in the quotation.<\/li>\r\n
                                            • The timeline given in the quotation is counted as working days (excluding Friday, Saturday & Public Holidays)
                                              from the date of the first payment disbursement.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
                                            • Warranty:
                                              \r\n
                                                \r\n
                                              • A 1-year warranty covers hacking or malware issues for clients using Creative Tech Park hosting servers.<\/li>\r\n
                                              • Regular backups are recommended. Extended security coverage requires monthly maintenance services.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
                                              • Updates:
                                                \r\n
                                                  \r\n
                                                • Free 2-month basic updates are included (design and development work excluded).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
                                                  <\/div>\r\n

                                                  Graphics Design Services<\/h3>\r\n
                                                    \r\n
                                                  1. Payment Terms:
                                                    \r\n
                                                      \r\n
                                                    • 80% advance payment is required.<\/li>\r\n
                                                    • The remaining 20% must be paid within 3 days of project completion.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
                                                    • Deliverables:
                                                      \r\n
                                                        \r\n
                                                      • Design files (.ai, .psd, .eps, .pdf, etc.) will be delivered upon full payment.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
                                                      • Revisions:
                                                        \r\n
                                                          \r\n
                                                        • Revisions are available as per the selected package.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
                                                          <\/div>\r\n

                                                          Digital Advertising Services<\/h3>\r\n

                                                          1. Advertising costs on digital platforms are tentative.<\/li>\r\n
                                                          2. Payment:
                                                            \r\n
                                                              \r\n
                                                            • 100% advance payment is required.<\/li>\r\n
                                                            • Clients must provide all necessary information, content, and guidelines with the work order.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
                                                            • Revisions:
                                                              \r\n
                                                                \r\n
                                                              • Revisions are available as per the selected package.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

                                                                Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\r\n

                                                                    1. Creative Tech Park provides all services and software on an \u201cas-is\u201d basis, with no guarantees of error-free performance.<\/li>\r\n
                                                                    2. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with terms and maintaining service quality.<\/li>\r\n
                                                                    3. Creative Tech Park is not liable for damages caused by misuse of services, including system attacks or loss of peering.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
                                                                      <\/div>\r\n

                                                                      Note:<\/strong> Creative Tech Park reserves the right to update these terms and policies at any time. By continuing to use the services, clients agree to the updated terms.<\/p>\r\n
