Geraldine Pang is an entrepreneur and the Founder of Creative For More, a cross-border digital marketing agency operating between Singapore, Japan and New York. Since establishing the agency in 2019, she has led brands across diverse industries in building strong digital foundations and scalable growth strategies in an increasingly AI-driven landscape. She has worked with brands such as WISE, Maplestory SEA, Popeyes, Baskin Robbins and more. Under her leadership, Creative For More delivers tailored solutions spanning brand strategy, messaging, UX/UI design, SEO, content marketing, and performance advertising. Geraldine is passionate about helping businesses position themselves clearly, adapt to technological shifts, and leverage AI responsibly to stay competitive in fast-evolving markets. Her work focuses on ensuring that companies set their foundations right before scaling, whether expanding locally or across borders. Beyond marketing, Geraldine is equally committed to mental health and well-being. This passion led her to co-found On Good Ground, a yoga and barre studio in Singapore. She continues to embody the belief that strong foundations, in business and in life, create confidence, resilience, and long-term growth in today’s AI-driven world.

I started Creative For More because I love growth but I’ve never believed growth has to feel chaotic. Over the years, I’ve seen too many brands scale fast only to feel overwhelmed, reactive, or stretched thin. More output, more noise, more pressure but not necessarily more clarity. And I knew there had to be a better way to grow. Creative For More was built to be that alternative. We’re a strategic marketing partner for brands that want to grow with intention. Brands that understand that real growth isn’t just about doing more, it’s about building the right systems, making clear decisions, and working with people you trust.
What makes us different isn’t just what we do… it’s how we work. We believe structure creates freedom. That strategy comes before execution. And that calm is not a lack of ambition but instead a sign that things are working. Our team is made up of curious, growth-oriented people who care deeply about doing good work and building healthy, collaborative relationships. We work best with clients who are receptive, thoughtful, and open to being guided because the best results come from partnership, not control.
We’re not here to be everything to everyone. We don’t chase quick wins at the expense of long-term stability, and we’re comfortable saying no when something isn’t aligned.
