SCAPE Centerstage Campaign

Located in the heart of Orchard Road, SCAPE is more than just a venue — it’s a movement for youth empowerment. As a non-profit organisation, SCAPE provides young Singaporeans with a platform to explore their passions in music, entrepreneurship, the arts, and leadership. To bring its mission to life online, SCAPE partnered with Creative For More to tell real stories of grit, growth, and creativity — spotlighting the young changemakers who turned opportunities into impact.

OBJECTIVE

The campaign, titled Centerstage, aimed to celebrate youth who had benefited from SCAPE’s programs — from aspiring musicians to startup founders. The goal was twofold:

  1. Inspire youth by sharing authentic success stories from their peers.
  2. Increase engagement across SCAPE’s social media channels by transforming awareness into interaction.

Ultimately, the project sought to make SCAPE’s digital presence feel as dynamic and inclusive as its on-ground community.

OUR APPROACH

We set out to create a content series that was visually striking, emotionally resonant, and unmistakably youth-focused.

  • Visual Storytelling
    The creative direction leaned into bold colours, vibrant compositions, and kinetic typography — mirroring the energy of youth culture. Each post and reel spotlighted a different “young hero,” capturing their journey from challenge to achievement and the role SCAPE played in that transformation.
  • Social Platform Strategy
    We designed content specifically for Instagram, leveraging both static carousels and Reels to maximise reach and retention. The format mixed cinematic storytelling with short, shareable insights — making each piece as engaging as it was inspiring.
  • Tone and Voice
    The copy was conversational and empowering — a blend of authenticity and aspiration that resonated with young audiences. Every caption was written to spark conversation, not just admiration.
  • Performance and Optimisation
    Through agile content testing and community engagement, we refined post timing, hooks, and visuals to maximise visibility and resonance across SCAPE’s audience base.
THE RESULTS

The Centerstage campaign tripled SCAPE’s average engagement rate on social media — a clear signal that its stories were connecting. The content generated a surge of shares, comments, and saves, with followers tagging friends and expressing pride in the featured talents. Beyond numbers, the campaign reignited SCAPE’s position as a champion of youth empowerment — turning its digital platforms into a stage where young people could truly shine.
