I have recently installed Windows 10 on my PC, and all the applications keep on working properly except for Organizer Creative Media Source 5. Is there a way I can avoid downloading a different program?

You can try running the application with compatibility mode for previous versions of Windows, because the latest version available for downloading is not compatible with Windows 10.
These are the operating systems listed as being compatible with Creative MediaSource: Microsoft Windows Vista, Windows XP Professional x64 Edition, Windows XP Service Pack 2, Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005, Windows XP Media Center Edition 2004 or Windows 2000 Service Pack 4.
All of a sudden I can no longer get a picture when I download a video from an Internet source. I still get sound, but no picture.

Try to install codecs in your PC because it's possible you lack codecs for a specific file format used by Creative MediaSource. Combined Community Codec Pack is a good choice when it comes to codecs because it supports all kind of video files. On the other hand, Creative MediaSource is a free product.
I'm a registered user of Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 24bt. I'm using Wave Studio and Audio Converter for five years and suddenly it stopped working. I have the setup CD, but my external Audigy hardware is not working properly. It is not connecting with the PC (maybe something is wrong in hardware unit). Can you send me a direct free download link for Creative Wave Studio and Audio Converter?

My Zen is 5 years old. Due to personal difficulties at the time I put it away and forgot about it till today. I installed the CD but can't get it to sync my music. An error message comes up that says: Microsoft VBScript runtime error '900a000d" Type mismatch: "scrubString" /classes/border/webtrendsmeta.asp,line 5. Does anyone have any idea what that means?

This is a Visual Basic runtime error. Try to install the latest/required Visual Basic runtime packages and the application will work. You need to install Visual Basic 2005 runtime or Visual Basic 2008 runtime. You can install either one of them or both packages.
The problem with subtitles is strictly related to the way they have been embedded. Many players have problems displaying subtitles in SUB, SRT, SSX, etc. formats. My advice is to actually use another player to open the files. If the subtitles don't appear, it means that they have been wrongly embedded. Switch to SUB and SRT to see which one is working.
