In order to fix this, you can try to unistall the program. After you did that, download and install the official driver for your sound card. It can be found on the driver disk or on the manufacturer's official website. To complete the process, reinstall the latest version of the program. This should fix your problem.

Latest version of Creative Console Launcher is 2.61.53 and it's compatible with Windows 7, both 32 or 64bit. You can obtain a new version from its official website.
