When is the housing application for the 2024-2025 academic year open?
The housing application will be available to current and new residents in March.

When will I find out if I have a Fall 2024 housing assignment?
Housing assignments are scheduled to begin in April and continue through the summer. Applicants will be notified via email of their assignment or waitlist details, next steps, updates, etc.
How will housing be prioritized?
At this time, priority for housing assignments and preferences is given to students that apply early.
Do residents get to select their rooms?
The housing application will allow students to self select their beds.
Do residents get to select their roommate?
Students who would like to live together should select the same apartment in their application.
If I didn’t apply for housing during the beginning of the year, can I still apply during the year?
Yes. As long as the applications are open and beds are available.
What if I do not get a confirmed space in housing?
Students who are not offered a space in housing during the initial round of assignments will be placed on a waitlist, and University Village will use this list to backfill any cancellations throughout summer into the fall semester.
