Kellogg West Conference Center & Hotel/Kellogg House:

Kellogg West provides versatile spaces for meetings, conferences, weddings, and other events, serving both university and external communities.

Real Estate Services:

The real estate program helps faculty and staff secure affordable housing near the university. It also oversees Facilities Services, Filming Services, and the Innovation Village research park, fostering collaboration and innovation.

University Village (Student Housing):

The University Village offers housing solutions designed to meet students’ needs and cultivate a supportive living and learning environment.

The Current (Student Housing):

The Current is a student living community that offers fully furnished apartment-style housing designed for Cal Poly Pomona students. The community provides modern amenities to support both academic life and social activities, including private study rooms, a fitness center, and a swimming pool. It is managed by CPP Enterprises Student Housing and is located just a short distance from the Cal Poly Pomona campus. Residents can also take advantage of a shuttle service to get to campus.
