Our approach is rooted in a food philosophy of modern global cuisine with a focus on sustainability—delivering bold flavors, diverse options, and responsible practices that reflect the values of our campus.

At Centerpointe, we’re proud to incorporate fresh, locally grown ingredients into our menus—many of which come directly from the campus farm. By purchasing produce and other goods grown at Cal Poly Pomona, we not only support sustainable practices, but also reduce our environmental impact.

This farm-to-table connection helps us provide seasonal, high-quality meals, while also creating valuable learning opportunities for students involved in agriculture, food systems, and sustainability. It’s a meaningful way we turn campus-grown goodness into nourishing dining experiences.

Dine Green: A Sustainable Way to Eat on the Go

Centerpointe is committed to reducing waste and promoting a more sustainable campus through our Dine Green initiative. With the reusable Green Box program, students, faculty, and staff can enjoy meals on the go while helping reduce single-use packaging and support Cal Poly Pomona’s sustainability goals.
