Whether you&#8217;re a seasoned developer, a student, or just passionate about technology, we welcome you to join us in bringing this dynamic C++ conference to life. This is your chance to experience the conference without the cost of registration.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>What Does Volunteering Involve?<\/strong><br \/>\nVolunteers play a crucial role in a variety of tasks. Some examples:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li>Assembling registration packets and badges<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with speaker and attendee registration<\/li>\n<li>Helping with audio\/visual needs<\/li>\n<li>Making session announcements<\/li>\n<li>Managing information desks<\/li>\n<li>Helping attendees with questions<\/li>\n<li>And more!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>Why Volunteer?<\/strong><br \/>\nVolunteering at CppCon is a unique opportunity to:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li>Attend talks and sessions with no registration cost<\/li>\n<li>Meet and interact with speakers and attendees<\/li>\n<li>Gain a new perspective on how tech conferences operate<\/li>\n<li>Contribute meaningfully to the C++ community<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Whether you are attending a conference for the first time or are a seasoned attendee, volunteering offers a fresh and rewarding experience. You&#8217;ll have ample time to attend sessions, with at least half your volunteering time spent in them.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>Availability:<\/strong><br \/>\nWhile most of our volunteers stick around for at least 5 days, the only mandatory commitment is Sunday afternoon.\u00a0Volunteers available on the weekend prior to the conference can also assist with important preparatory tasks.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>International Volunteers:<\/strong><br \/>\nFor those coming from outside the US, be sure to check our <a href=\"https:\/\/cppcon.org\/visa-application-support\/\">Visa Application Support<\/a> page to ensure you have all the necessary information.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>Volunteer Grants:<\/strong><br \/>\nThis year, we have a limited number of grants available to cover a portion of the traveling and\/or lodging expenses for individuals who would otherwise not be able to attend.
