My biggest achievement has been growing the businesses I\u2019m involved with. CPL Software started in 2010 and now serves over 90% of the private Scottish factoring market. I was part of the leadership team at a successful legal software company that was focused on building high-value customer experiences, exiting following its acquisition.<\/p>\n

Brian enjoys being a dad to his two sons.<\/p>\n

Brian loves going to festivals and listening to new and old music and visits the Hydro as much as he can. He is a keen golfer and once had 5 birdies in one round of golf, not bad for an 18 handicapper \u2013 he has never repeated the feat\u2026<\/p>\n

Will joined CPL Software in 2010 as Lead developer and quickly progressed to development manager, he now heads the development team for CPL. He has developed strong relations with existing clients to deliver individual software requirements. Will has excellent team management skills which he uses to guide, coach and mentor his development team.\u00a0Will has a BSc in Computer Science.<\/p>\n

He enjoys gaming, playing the guitar, running and likes to keep up to date with cutting edge programming technologies.<\/p>\n

Fran Megson joined CPL Software in February 2024 as Operations Director to lead Operational functions and introduce robust client-facing processes.<\/p>\n

Fran has more than 20 years\u2019 experience in the delivery of enterprise scale and global software solutions.\u00a0She has a passion for problem-solving and thrives on identifying and overcoming the key challenges in operational software delivery to ensure that our customers always receive best-in-class services.<\/p>\n

Fran aims to\u00a0maximise and optimise people\u2019s performance and processes to ensure our customers get true value and actionable results from using our products.<\/p>\n

As the People and Culture Director, Helen is responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that attract, retain and develop top talent. A big part of this is ensuring that we have a positive and inclusive working environment, where our actions reflect our core values. Helen is passionate about ensuring our people at CPL thrive, that they have the opportunity to develop themselves and have a strong sense of belonging.<\/p>\n

Outside of work, Helen has two young children and a rescue dog called Daisy who keep her busy. Tom is CPL’s Business Development Manager as we seek to expand into the English, Welsh & Northern Irish private property management market and Housing Association sector. He is responsible for the management of the full sales cycle, taking a consultative approach to doing business with potential new clients.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Tom is a dab hand at identifying businesses and organisations who may benefit from our software, and spends a lot of his time meeting new clients, attending trade shows and events, and liaising with industry professionals. He is approachable, friendly, and always open to having a chat.<\/p>\n

He is a huge car, F1 and watch nerd, and can often be found at a Grand Prix. Meet Angelique (AKA Angie), our dedicated Technical Operations Manager with over 15 years of experience in various aspects of technology operations. Starting in a support role, Angie has seamlessly transitioned into roles encompassing data analysis and quality assurance, culminating in her current position overseeing all these critical functions. Angie brings not only her expertise but also her warmth and dedication to everything she does, making her an invaluable asset to our team.<\/p>\n

Outside of work, Angie is kept busy by her husband and young daughter, but also her Siamese cat, Misty, and her Cute Puppy Officer (CPO), Wiley.
