I finally caught up on the last six episodes of Supernatural, because the thing I sometimes I forget about that show is that I love that show. And that Dean makes ridiculous faces and sometiems there are childish jokes that make me giggle like a child, and that sometimes Castiel breaks Dean's heart and therefore mine, too.
I'm sure he broke his own heart, too, watching Dean. Because that's the way to really hit it home. Dean has always loved him best, and he has always loved Dean most. Deeper bond and all that.
Just. jesus, Cas. You know this isn't going to end well. You know that, right? It was getting sketchy enough with Balthazar (whom I love) but that he'd been working with Crowley for so long? It's good to look beyond easy morality and to fight for free will, but oh, Cassiepants, kitten, sweetheart. That fall from grace is going to kill you.
I kind of really want to watch that episode again already. It's a noir episode, with a strict POV/unreliable narrator as a bonus, a Castiel episode, and there's a whole lot happening about politics and betrayal and good intentions and sacrifice and faith. All of these things are basically like crack to me.
shallow:
I love the fluffy angel-hair on Castiel and Crowley so much. And Balthazar, too, whenever he's around. It looks so fluffy and feathery and perfect.
oh honey:
- Castiel's favourite paradise. That one kind of made me cry. Oh, bb.
- Dean's faaaaaaaaaaaace when Castiel lets it slip. Oh. my heart.
