CORES Resource Library

The CORES Resource Library is a free online compendium of tools created to provide resources, sample documents and downloadable templates to potential CORES applicants and to the broader industry with the goal of increasing efficiencies in the development of tools to improve practices in the field of resident services. The Resource Library builds on the development of the Community of Practice and Framework for the System of Resident Services Coordination - developed by Stewards of Affordable Housing for the Future (SAHF) - to promote a thoughtful systems-approach to designing and implementing resident services coordination at an organization's corporate and property levels.

Many of the tools and resources that once were hosted on the National Resident Services Collaborative (NRSC) website are now hosted here, to ensure they remain available to the field.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, CORES developed a COVID-19 Resource Page which pulled together a number of resources and templates for practitioners responding to the pandemic. This resource is now archived and is no longer being actively updated.
