Description
Steps to reproduce:
- Activate the theme Twenty Nineteen.
- Add the button block.
- Set the alignment as right. You will see it will not align in the right, it will align on the left.

I review the issue and found the solution. This issue is of a theme. So I am adding a patch.

This patch will solve this issue in both editor and front side. Also tested the rtl, patch is working fine.
