Browsers with Google Chrome Frame installed will be reported being Google Chrome

Description

All browsers that have Google Chrome Frame installed will be reported as being Chrome. The only exception is $is_lynx (but I don't think that it is possible to install google chrome frame on lynx anyway).

Stuff like $is_winIE does not work any longer.

Problem has been introduced in r8815. This is because "chrome" matches "chromeframe".
